People
Taiwanese are mostly very friendly. Though we can speak Chinese, but frankly speaking I still find it quite difficult to communicate. Maybe because we have different names for the same things. Eg, de tie vs jie yun.
HongKong-er (we cant call them Hong Kees rite?) are well-known to be quite fierce and impolite. But ok la. Because its their culture, as long as u are nice, they will be nice to u also. They can speak Chinese and English too, communication isn’t a problem.
I always feel that language is nv a problem. In one way or another, we can always understand wat the other party is talking abt!

Shopping
I visited the very popular XMD. Hmmm the fashion there are more towards Japanese Streetwear. Thus not really my cup of tea. Hee.. we din manage to shop a lot also. Too much places, too little time, u see… maybe its partly because I am already living in poverty before I go, so all these are beyond my needs already wahaha
I did most of the shopping in HKG, but not much also. Cuz no $$ haha…but I think u gals will love it there…

Okay, overall, I prefer HONGKONG.
I nv tot I would be excited over it since I been there before but somehow I love it the moment we step into the airport. A small and vibrant country, with really very beautiful sencery.

Someday I shall go there again, maybe longterm?
It’s the 2nd on the list, after Japan…

p/s: photos will be up very soon.
