went to watch this show just now with chao, Andy and weiling jie.another local production: SINGAPORE DREAMING
well, i dun really reccomend it. bacause i like to watch cheerful shows. this is so miserable! life isnt soo bad after all. no expectation, no disappointment. be contented with what u have and stop reaching out to those that u cant reach.
there is one scene which i like most: when CK is drinking with the chinese girl at the coffe shop
CK: i gave up my dream as a musician because of money. musician cant earn much in SIN
chinese girl: i wanted to be a fashion designer but no money
CK: there! we are on the same boat, MONEY
chinese girl: NO we are different! u gave up ur dream and did other jobs because of money. i have to do other jobs in order to earn money to fulfil my dreams.
How many of us actually keep that dream of ours in mind when we come out to work?
yes, reality wins again, or are we just not brave enough? :)
